About CIFF
Cinévesture International Film Festival (CIFF), is a celebration of diverse filmmaking, featuring an array of content across genres, cultures, and perspectives.
It also seeks to provide a launchpad for upcoming talent.
Your film experience would include masterclasses, workshops, and an opportunity to work with the film industry as potential investors and collaborators with film professionals. The CIFF Market facilitates business through the creation of connections between investors, presentation of curated and other projects.
CIFF also offers ancillary events that are open to the public, including a film exhibition, production design installations, and karaoke evenings.

Why Chandigarh
The genesis of Chandigarh, a UNESCO World Heritage site, lies in design. A creation of the celebrated Le Corbusier, it would be an attractive destination for the global creative community.
The 1.6 million strong tricity area has a literacy rate of 85% and amongst the highest per capita incomes in India. Its diverse academic institutions house more than 50,000 grad and post-grad students from across India. Chandigarh’s infrastructure and accessibility lend themselves to the requirements of a film festival.
Our Purpose
CIFF intends to celebrate diverse filmmaking from across the world in order to foster creativity. It also seeks to enhance and gauge audience engagement through People’s Choice Awards for different segments of the festival – international films, Indian narratives, and short films, and films made by students.
